In 2014, Chef Kenji Gyoten became the youngest chef to be awarded three Michelin stars for his namesake Sushi Gyoten in Fukuoka, a distinction he has held since then. This month, the sushi master brings his signature Edo period-style sushi with fresh tuna and seafood flown directly from Tokyo’s Tsukiji Market to Sushi Cyu Central World. THB12,500++ per guest in three two-hour sittings: lunch from noon, and dinners from 6 p.m. and 8:15 p.m. Serving everyday other than 7 and 14 October.
